The Board of Education retains the authority to specify the salary of new positions and to determine the credit to be awarded for placement on the District's salary schedule.

New staff members who have been certified by the State to perform professional services in the public and nonpublic schools of Ohio, but who have not yet earned a baccalaureate degree, shall be placed on the salary schedule as determined by the Superintendent.
