The District has established the following guidelines for the use of school-owned vehicles in the performance of assigned duties.
| | | 1. | No unauthorized personnel are allowed in these vehicles at any time without the approval of the Director of Fleet and Facilities. |

| | | 2. | No repair work will be performed on the vehicle without the Director of Fleet and Facilities approval. |

| | | 3. | All accidents will be reported immediately (no matter how minor) to the Director of Fleet and Facilities and/or the Superintendent. |
|
| | | 4. | All accidents must be reported to the law enforcement agency where the accident takes place at the time of the accident. |
|
| | | 5. | The designated operator is responsible for cleanliness of the vehicle both inside and outside. |
