3440C - USE OF SCHOOL VEHICLE FOR SCHOOL BUSINESS

The District has established the following guidelines for the use of school-owned vehicles in the performance of assigned duties.

 A.Regularly scheduled use will be authorized by the Director of Fleet and Facilities.

 B.Requirement for Continuation of School Vehicle Use:

  1.No unauthorized personnel are allowed in these vehicles at any time without the approval of the Director of Fleet and Facilities.

  2.No repair work will be performed on the vehicle without the Director of Fleet and Facilities approval.

  3.All accidents will be reported immediately (no matter how minor) to the Director of Fleet and Facilities.

  4.All accidents must be reported to the law enforcement agency where the accident takes place at the time of the accident.

  5.The designated operator is responsible for cleanliness of the vehicle both inside and outside.
