Community shall be defined to include people of all ages residing within the boundaries of the Whitmore Lake Public School District.
The program shall be administered and supervised by the Community Education Director who reports to the Superintendent. The Director shall be responsible for recommending:

| | | 2. | courses to be offered;
|
| | | 3. | school to be utilized;
|
| | | 4. | staff to be employed.

The Community Education Director shall make all necessary applications for funding and prepare all reports as required.
| | | 1. | All fees are to be established by the Community Education Director with the approval of the Superintendent. All payments are to be made by participants prior to the start of the class.

| | | 2. | No fee will be refunded once class has started without the approval of the Community Education Director, except for courses which have been canceled.
