D.

Students enrolled in the special education program of this District whose parents do not reside within the District may attend as tuition students with tuition computed pursuant to 121.83(1)(c) Wis. Stats. (Discretionary as to attendance, and mandatory as to calculation of tuition.)

The school board of residence shall pay the studentís tuition. The school of attendance shall count the student in its membership for State Aid purposes under subchapter II.

G.

Children of joint custody orders may attend school without payment of tuition if one (1) parent resides in this District or the order designates as the residential parent the parent with legal residence in the District.

Tuition will be refunded in accordance with State law.

J.

Minor students, residing in the District, but not living with a parent, may be required to provide information sufficient to allow the administration to properly determine resident status under law.

K.

Tuition students may be accepted in accordance with State law and the approval of the District Administrator.

L.

Nonresidents may be accepted into the District's Adult Education classes upon payment of the appropriate fees.

The District Administrator, at his/her discretion, may deny admission to a student who has been expelled from another Wisconsin public school district, for the period of the unexpired term of the expulsion. When the expulsion from the other district has expired, the student is to be admitted providing all other eligibility requirements have been met.

The Board may prohibit the enrollment of a student during the term of an expulsion order issued by a charter school under section 118.40(2r) Wis Stats., or by a public school district in another state, provided that the Board determines that the conduct giving rise to the expulsion would have been grounds for expulsion under Policy 5610.
