It will be the Board of Education policy to require an evaluation of instructional programs including the following: philosophy of education, and educational goals, curriculum and instruction, participation of disabled students in competency based education programs, educational options, experimental programs.

This evaluation of the curriculum and other aspects of the educational program of a school shall be directed by the principal, who shall report to the Superintendent.

It shall be the responsibility of the Superintendent to report periodically to the Board on the progress the District is making toward the attainment of its educational goals.
