It is the policy of the Board of Education to develop and practice reasonable and effective means of resolving difficulties which may arise with professional staff, to reduce potential areas of grievances, and to establish and maintain recognized two-way channels of communication with professional members.

The Board utilizes the grievance policy described in the negotiated agreement.
