4150.01 - NON-CERTIFIED EMPLOYEE EMPLOYMENT & DISMISSAL
Each non-certified employee is employed and assigned by the Superintendent or the Designee of the Superintendent as necessary to carry out the educational programs of the Wa-Nee Community Schools.
Each non-certified employee may tender a resignation in writing to the Superintendent or the Designee of the Superintendent and upon acceptance of the resignation by the Superintendent or Designee, may not withdraw such resignation in accordance with I.C. 5-8-4-1.
All non-certified staff, except bus drivers, are employees at-will, and while each can reasonably expect continued employment for the following school term in the same or similar position with this School Corporation, each may be terminated at any time for any reason permitted at law for termination of at-will employees.
