The Board of Education shall assess tuition for attendance in District schools by students who are not entitled to receive a free public education in this District. The Board designates the Superintendent to regulate the enrollment of said students.

Tuition rates shall be determined by the State. Charges shall be the maximum permitted by law.

The Treasurer shall be responsible for the assessment and collection of tuition. Tuition billing may be assessed monthly in advance of the period for which the billing is made.

When payment of tuition by a parent becomes overdue, services shall be terminated.
