2411 - GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING
Guidance services are an integral part of the educational program and should be available to all students in the District. Guidance services should facilitate each student's need to make wise choices, adjustments, and interpretations in connection with critical situations in their life.
A written guidance program will delineate the delivery of guidance, counseling and testing services by the school counselor. The program will be comprised of the following nine dimensions of guidance:

| D. | counseling service; | ||
| E. | consultative service; | ||
| F. | parent conference service; | ||
| G. | resource coordination service; | ||
| H. | placement service; | ||
| I. | evaluation and planning service. |
A program of guidance and/or counseling shall be offered to all students and shall include the services of professional guidance personnel, other designated faculty and staff members, outside agency personnel, and appropriate members of the community.
