5450 - COMPLETION CERTIFICATES
The Board of Education shall award a Certificate of Completion to each student who completes a program provided by the District or an Individual Education Plan (IEP).
The certificate and attachments shall indicate:
| A. | the name of the course or program completed; | |
| B. | the level of achievement; | |
| C. | the attendance record during participation. |
