The Board of Education believes that the cooperation with the constituent local district and the student's home is a vital ingredient to the student's proper growth and education. It recognizes its responsibility to keep both constituent district staff and parents informed of each student's welfare and progress.

The Superintendent, in conjunction with appropriate staff members, shall develop procedures for reporting student progress to parents and constituent local districts which shall include written reports and/or parent conferences with teachers.
