The Board of Education believes that the careful placement of support staff within the District is vital to the utilization of qualified and competent support staff for the successful functioning of the District.

Responsibility for the assignment and transfer of support staff members shall be vested in the Superintendent and shall attempt to effect the optimum assignment of the support staff in conformance with any applicable contractual or legal requirements and certification requirements.
