3410 - PAY RATES FOR EXTENDED SUBSTITUTES
Substitutes shall be paid in accordance with the following schedule:

1 to 20 days $52.00/day |
|
1 to 20 half days $26.00/day |
|
61st consecutive day first step of appropriate salary schedule |
|
plus benefits |
|
61st consecutive half day first step of appropriate salary scheduled |
|
plus benefits |
A consecutive day is considered to be a full day in the same position.
A consecutive half day is considered to be three and one-half (3 1/2) hours or less in the same position.
Appropriate salary schedule will be determined by the minimum requirements of the position.
