Administrative Guidelines

3124C - EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT FOR ADMINISTRATORS

The following administrative guidelines shall govern the employment of administrators:

	A.	Initial appointments may not exceed two (2) years in duration for directors and one (1) year for all other administrators.
	B.	Subsequent contracts shall be no less than two (2) years for directors and one (1) years for all other administrators.
	C.	The anniversary date of all administrative and supervisory contracts shall be July 1st.
	D.	Should an administrator be offered a contract in which the salary differs from that approved by the Board, the salary approved by the Board shall be the salary paid.
	E.	Each administrator agrees to fulfill all responsibilities described in or attached to the employment contract and to enforce all policies and guidelines prescribed by the Board and the Superintendent.
