The Board of Education shall assess tuition for attendance in District schools by students who are not entitled to receive a free, public education in this District and whose enrollment has been approved by the District Administrator.

Tuition rates shall be determined by the Department of Public Instruction. The Director of Support Services shall be responsible for the assessment and collection of tuition. Tuition billing may be assessed daily in advance of the period for which the billing is made.
