A student in grade seven through twelve, who is enrolled in a District-sponsored community school established under R.C. 3314 and entitled to attend school in the District under R.C. 3313.64 or R.C. 3313.65, shall be provided with the opportunity to participate in any extra-curricular activities, including interscholastic athletics, offered by the District.
