The collection of instructional supply fees, Adult Education tuition and fees summer school tuition, administrative and clerical fees for the collection of insurance premiums from employees, former employees and/or their dependents for coverage, lease payments and facility use fees shall be carried out as provided by law. The Board delegates to the Superintendent the responsibility for determining the need for such revenue sources and to make the necessary recommendations to the Board for approval.
