The assignment of students to classes is the responsibility of the building principal. The principal will utilize the services of other members of the professional staff, in making class assignments. Situations relating to assignment to classes which cannot be resolved by the building principal will be referred to the Executive Director of Business Services for a decision.

The ultimate authority over the assignment of student to classes rests with the Superintendent.
