Administrators shall not submit for reimbursement of miles driven within Franklin County, Ohio and may submit for mileage outside of Franklin County, Ohio only after receiving prior approval in accordance with Board of Education Guideline "Professional Leaves of Absence for Administrators."

Notwithstanding the above, the District Director for Boys’ and Girls’ Athletics may request through the high school athletic account mileage reimbursement for attendance at away athletic events.
