It has been the long standing practice of this institution to supply educational services directly to organizations that are in need of such educational support in accord with our educational mandate and the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code.

The Board has certain non-delegible duties in the administration and management of staff and staff contracts. The Board has not, and will not use third party vendors in securing or maintaining service contracts because of these considerations and liabilities inherent therein.
