The Board of Education shall establish entrance requirements for public and nonpublic school students which are consistent with statute and sound educational practice and which ensure the equitable treatment of all eligible students resident in this District.

A list of all students recruited and approved for admission in September will be mailed to each participating District Treasurer on or before June 30th and shall be returned to the Superintendent of this District on or before August 1st, although applicants may be tested and approved for admission through September 1st.

At the close of each school year, the Superintendent shall forward to the Treasurer of each participating district and such other districts whose students have been approved for attendance, the names of students who will not be permitted to return for the following term.
