5111 - ELIGIBILITY OF NONRESIDENT STUDENTS
The Board of Education shall operate the District school for the benefit of school age youths resident in the joint vocational district and eligible for attendance in the District in accordance with the policy of the Board.
| A. | Future Residents | |
| A student otherwise eligible for attendance whose parent(s) has signed a contract to buy, build, or rent a residence in this District may be enrolled. | ||
| B. | Former Residents | |
| Regularly enrolled students whose parent(s) have moved out of the District may be permitted to finish the school year if permitted to do so by their home school district. | ||
| C. | Other Nonresidents | |
| Other nonresident students may be admitted to this District on payment of tuition, where their attendance is justified on the basis of the provision of a particular educational program by this District. |
The Superintendent shall develop procedures for the enrollment of nonresident students. Tuition shall be charged according to State regulations.
