Each person compensated by the Corporation must be validly employed by this Corporation and the compensation remitted must represent the services rendered.

Employment of all Corporation personnel must be approved by the Board except where authority to appoint certain personnel of the Corporation has been delegated to the Superintendent.

Each motion of the Board to employ or reemploy a staff member shall include the name of the individual; the position title; and the compensation to be paid as prescribed in a contract, in a negotiated, collective-bargained agreement, or by a wage guideline.
