3120.05 - EMPLOYMENT OF PROFESSIONAL STAFF MEMBERS IN SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAMS

The Board of School Trustees recognizes that the success of the summer school program depends in large measure upon the employment of qualified and competent personnel.

The Board shall fix the compensation and set the term of employment for each person employed in the summer programs established by the District. The Board will employ only those candidates recommended by the Superintendent.
