1105 - EMPLOYMENT

The Board of Education shall, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, employ the best qualified candidate available for each administrative position.

All administrative positions requiring certificates and/or licenses must be filled by persons holding or eligible to hold a valid Indiana Administrators license.

Marital status, race, creed, religion, color, gender, physical handicap, or national origin shall not be made a condition of employment.

Before a contract becomes official, appropriate documentation of records and completion of required forms must be filed in the Central Office. A list of appropriate forms is to be found in the procedures section.
