The Board of Education recognizes the importance of cellular telephones in carrying out the day-to-day operations of the District.

The Board authorizes the Superintendent to determine the necessary cellular phones needed to carry out the operations of the District. A list of District cell phone numbers will be maintained in the office of the Superintendent.

Administrators are responsible for establishing a budget for cell phone usage not to exceed twelve hundred dollars per year per phone. Amounts in excess of the maximum budget amount shall be the responsibility of the cell phone user.
