The Board of Education authorizes the Treasurer to establish rules regarding cash funds to be used by school departments/activities/functions for making change ("change funds"), to approve requests to establish change funds, and to establish them under the control of the person to whom the money is paid.

The person to whom the money is paid shall then be responsible for the money and for compliance with the rules regarding change funds.

The Treasurer is authorized to establish change funds aggregating up to $5,000.00 at any one time.
