The Board of Education recognizes the Sylvania Administrators' Association as an organization of principals, assistant principals, directors, and assistant directors concerned with the general welfare of the School District and the individual welfare of administrators particularly concerned with personnel policies regarding principals, assistant principals, directors, and assistant directors.

The Superintendent will meet regularly with representatives of the Sylvania Administrators' Association for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Although the Board is responsible for adoption of these policies, it pledges itself to the process of involving those affected before taking action on policy matters. The Association may request meetings with the Board when it is deemed warranted by the situation or issue to do so.
