The Board of Education regards the use of motor vehicles for travel to and from school by students as an assumption of responsibility on the part of students.

The Board will permit the use of motor vehicles by students, in accordance with the rules of this District, provided that such students are licensed drivers and have been granted permission by the principal to drive a motor vehicle on school grounds.

The Board will not permit the use of unlicensed minibikes for travel to and from school.

The Board will not be responsible for motor vehicles which are lost, stolen, or damaged.

No student who does not possess a valid motorcycle safety education certificate will be allowed to ride or park a motorcycle on school property.
