The Governing Board authorizes the Superintendent to enter into and execute, on its behalf, contracts that do not involve an expenditure of funds in excess of $7,500. All such contracts shall fall within the framework of budgetary limitations established by the Board and have attached a certificate of adequate resources. The Superintendent shall provide the Board with a monthly listing of all such contracts for its information.
