The Board of Education is authorized to open school buildings and grounds to the community for any purpose authorized by law when space is available and at times that do not interfere with the District's instructional programs and subject to reasonable regulations of the Board.

The Superintendent or his/her designee shall develop administrative guidelines for the granting of permission to use District facilities, including a schedule of fees which, together with the costs used to determine such fees, must be approved by the Board.
