4154 - STAFF INFRACTIONS
In the event of an infraction of District administrative guidelines by a professional staff member, it shall be the policy of the Board of Education to apply the statutes of the State, these policies, and the guidelines of the District with equal consideration to each professional staff member.
The Superintendent shall prepare administrative guidelines for discipline situations most often encountered which provide for progressive penalties which may include, where appropriate:
| A. | verbal warning; | ||
| B. | written warning; | ||
| C. | transfer; | ||
| D. | suspension; | ||
| E. | termination. |
