The Board of Education believes that the careful placement of classified employees within the District is vital to the utilization of qualified and competent classified personnel for the successful functioning of the District.

Responsibility for the assignment and transfer of classified employees shall be vested in the Superintendent.

The Superintendent shall provide for a system of voluntary transfers.
