The Board shall prepare and review annually a list of job classifications for classified employees. Said list shall serve as the basis for a salary schedule.

The Superintendent shall review annually, for Board approval, specifications descriptive of the duties, responsibilities, requirements, and qualifications of each job classification.

Each classified employee of the District shall be notified of his/her classification when employed and following each change in classification.
