3130 - ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER
The Board of Education believes that the appropriate placement of qualified and competent staff is essential to the successful functioning of the District.
The Superintendent shall assign all professional personnel when such assignments involve:
| A. | a transfer from one building to another or one District service to another; | |
| B. | a move to a position requiring licensing other than that required for the teaching staff member's present position; | |
| C. | a reduction in force. |
