3124.01 - EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT FOR ADMINISTRATORS
In accordance with law and for the mutual protection of the Board of Education and the administrative staff member, every administrator shall be required to enter into a written employment contract.
Each employment contract shall include:
| A. | the administrative position; | ||
| B. | the salary and other compensation to be paid; | ||
| C. | the number of days to be worked; | ||
| D. | the term for which employment is contracted, including beginning and ending date; | ||
| E. | the intervals at which the salary will be paid; | ||
| F. | such other matters as may be necessary to a full and complete understanding of the contract. |
No administrator shall terminate his/her contract on less than thirty (30) days notice without Board approval.
