The Food and Nutrition Services Department will comply with the provisions set forth in Federal law regarding sale of competitive food and foods of minimal nutritional value.

The Food and Nutrition Services Department shall be the sole provider of food and beverage items sold in all schools except for Career Technology Culinary Arts Programs.

Following the last lunch period other school organizations may begin to sell foods and beverage items with principal approval.
