The St. Henry Consolidated Local Board of Education authorizes the Superintendent to develop the appropriate regulations and necessary restrictions to implement the Channel 6 – Coldwater/St. Henry Community-Access Television. The Superintendent or designee will be responsible for administration and implementation of the program.

Guidelines will specify services available in and noted limitations of the Coldwater High School Production Studio, to be known as the Coldwater EVSD Video Center. No resident, private school, or community groups will be able to use said equipment and/or the center without proper training and supervision. Compensation for property damage shall be sought by the District. Incidents shall be investigated, liabilities fixed, and costs assessed in a non-arbitrary manner.

The St. Henry Consolidated Local Board of Education is not responsible for the content of any material produced in the Video Center by any resident, private school, or community group. Furthermore, unless expressly endorsed by the Board of Education, such material does not reflect the policies or view of the Board of Education, its members, or any administrators of the St. Henry Consolidated Local Schools. All video or multimedia productions will include such a disclaimer.
