The Food and Nutrition Services Department will comply with the provisions set forth in Federal law regarding sale of competitive food and foods of minimal nutritional value.

The Food and Nutrition Services Department shall be the sole provider of food and beverage items sold in all schools during the lunch periods, at which time other school organizations may begin to sell foods and beverage items in accordance with the Board's wellness policy (Policy 8510) and guidelines (AG 8510) and with principal approval.
