The School Board intends that all support staff members are properly compensated for services rendered to the Corporation. It also will try to ensure uniformity in the compensation of support staff job classifications.

The School Board will review salary/wage schedules for support staff members annually and will adjust salaries as it deems prudent and necessary and as financial resources are available.
