The School Board believes that education is a continuous process throughout life and supports the position that the Corporation shall cooperate with other community agencies in providing educational, cultural, and recreational opportunities for all of its citizens.

The purpose of community education programs should be to meet the vocational/technical training and retraining needs of local workers and cultural, avocational, and academic interests of the community.
