6440 - COOPERATIVE PURCHASING

The School Board recognizes the advantages of centralized purchasing in that volume buying tends to maximize value for each dollar spent. The Board, therefore, encourages interlocal agreement(s) with other school districts to maximize the purchasing power for goods and services through consortium buying.
