Unless a specific policy has been amended and the date the policy was revised is noted at the bottom of that policy, the bylaws and policies of The School Board of Polk County were adopted on November 12, 2013 and were in effect beginning November 12, 2013.

1281 - USE OF EMPLOYEE'S PERSONAL PROPERTY AT SCHOOL

Administrators may bring personal property, including personal communication devices, to school either for reasons associated with professional responsibilities or for use during off-duty time (see Policy 7530.01). The owner of the personal property bears all responsibility and assumes all risk for loss, damage, or misuse of said personal property while it is on School Board property.
