3510 - NEGOTIATIONS AGENT
The Perry Local Board of Education will recognize an employee organization as the official negotiating agent when the membership is over 50 percent of the total group.
At the present time:
| A. | the Perry Classroom Teachers' Organization represents the teachers; | |
| B. | the Perry Principals' Council represents the administrators. |
