Administrative personnel on twelve (12) month contracts shall receive a four (4) week vacation, based on 226 days.

Principals must take their vacations during the summer months.

The vacation year shall be considered to be from September 1st through the following August 31st, and vacations can be taken within this time limit. However, in most cases, vacations should be taken in the summer of the year in which they were earned.

All vacation time must be used by the close of the calendar year (July 1st).
