3412 - COMPENSATION FOR ADMINISTRATORS

The Board of Education is responsible for determining the salaries and fringe benefits provided to all District administrators. It is the intent to review every three (3) years the compensation of each administrator and determine any changes in salary or changes in fringe benefits. Such decisions will be made in accordance with statute and be based on maintaining an equitable relationship with the compensation paid to members of the professional staff who are covered by the terms of a negotiated, collectively-bargained agreement as well as the external competition. (Negotiated agreement between PCTA and Perry Local Board of Education. Article I.)
