The Board of Education shall provide a program of adult classes in the evening and/or day for youths who have completed twelfth grade and any person over the age of eighteen (18) years.

The purpose of adult classes shall be to meet the academic, vocational, avocational, cultural, aesthetic, and interests of the community.

Any and all facilities, equipment, and property of the Perry Local Schools may be utilized for the establishment and operation of an Adult High School Continuation Program.

The Superintendent of Schools shall designate such time and place for the establishment and operation of an Adult High School Continuation Program.

The Board reserves the right to terminate the program at any time.
