The Center shall allow twelve (12) month administrative and certified employees to take in lieu of vacation for up to twenty (20) accumulated days per fiscal year after having served in said position for more than one (1) year.

The per diem rate of pay shall be used when making payments in lieu of vacation. Said per diem pay shall be figured using 240 days divided in to the employee's annual salary.
