At the time of appointment or reappointment of the Treasurer, the Board of Education will authorize the Treasurer to execute a bond in an amount determined and approved by the Board. The bond must be deposited with the president of the Board, and a certified copy must be filed with the county auditor. The premium will be paid by the Board.

Faithful performance bonds will be provided for the Superintendent and Board president at Board expense.

A blanket bond will also be provided for all school employees who handle school funds.
